HORRIBLE!! Window was broken and wouldn't open. A bug flew into my ear! Dirty and cramped. Did not feel safe AT ALL!! Staff got very defensive when approached softly about my concerns and requested to change rooms. did not offer to change rooms just automatically gave me a refund and told me that i would not get a room for cheaper anywhere else. I would pay $1000/night at a 2 star hotel then put one toe in this place. Christine, from Canada ~ 5th Jul 2009

They were renovating the hostel. Rooms are locked, which is a plus. No available waterboiler, making it very annoying to make the tea with a pan or in the microwave. coby, from Netherlands ~ 28th Jun 2009

They seem really unorganized with their computer systems. I was either not there or deleted twice during a three day period. There is also little enforcement of the no drinking/smoking policies. Joshua, from USA ~ 22nd Feb 2009
