This is a nice place to stay. It is within walking distance of the bus station and the harbor.

No cooking facilities in kitchen for guests except microwave. Limited storage space for guest food. Lounge is breakfast room. Not quite a complete hostel setup as you might expect from HI Hostels.

in a loud part of town, but that´s a trade off for being centrally located

Sound trivial, but in a country with 24 hour daylight you would benefit from thicker blinds at the windows

The location of the Guesthouse was fantastic! A short walk along the main street to the downtown area for attractions, shops, bars, restaurants. Staff were always helpful and ready to share a drink...!

The location is good - on the brink of the town centre, only 15 minutes walk or so and just a minute or so from the waterfront. The Chinese owner is really friendly but you have to bear in mind this is really a guesthouse rather than a hostel so don´t expect party central. There is a decent kitchen and common room area with a TV for use too. I'd stay again...but might look elsewhere for a cheaper option if your budget is really tight!
