There was only one shower, which might be a problem for some people. Didn't bother us we went in a group to a lovely local onsen (15 minute walk) instead! There also weren't any locks on the doors to what I think was the private room (the one we stayed in). However, I felt very safe with the people that were there. Absolutely loved the atmosphere.
