At 69 years old this was my first experience of a 'backpackers' so did not really know what to expect but found everyone friendly and the staff most helpfull.

The room smelt quite bad, although you got used to it after a couple of minutes. Loads of character and very friendly and helpful staff. The Internet was very good value but also fustratingly slow. Nobody was really up for drinking and going out because most people were staying there long term while working. The choice of videos to watch was cool though! Altogether a good experience which could be improved in some areas.
