The location is the only good thing about this place! We booked a private room at the hostel 311 times square and we were sent to 320 times square, and then to a different wing on the building (underground, no windows) with all the aluggage and stairs. No restrooms on that level we were on, just showers; internet didn\'t work; the \"room\" was dirty on the side of the bed and the floors, the sheets were clean or at least appeared to be. This hostel was in a GREAT location, right off of times square. We really enjoyed our stay and had a fun time with the workers. We appreciate the 24 hour desk and the free computer access. There were a lot of stairs, but overall I really liked the posters and style, the people I met, and the help I was able to receive from the workers. THANKS!!!! Heather, from USA ~ 19th Oct 2009

The best hostel in the best location ever! David at the frontdesk was very helpful since I had to check-in early in the day and check-out early morning at 4am due to my flight times. I stayed on the first floor of the hostel in 4bed mixed room, and the bed was very comfortable than any bed I have slept in many hostels in the US or London. The sheets were clean, even a towel was provided which I was not aware of. Its true that there are no common kitchen or TV spaces (hey who needs TV while visit Vamsi, from India ~ 13th Oct 2009

311 time square hostel was not over all that bad. at the end of the day it just was a place to sleep. the beds how ever where a little to hard and there was only one blanket for 2 people. so i would suggest to the staff that work there to make sure that they have enough lines for all of there guest. the location of the hostel was great right in middle of town and close to every thing. if people are after a place just to sleep and store there stuff then stay here sarah, from Australia ~ 24th Oct 2009

the hostel was perfect for us, the location is excellent only 2 blocks from the main times square, staff were very friendly and very helpful, rooms small but ive stayed in smaller, it was all clean and we had no complaints! ideal for travellers who want a bed in a good location, Alex and Rachel, England Alex, from England ~ 30th Sep 2009
