They did not have the twin room that we had booked 2 months in advance and my daughter and I had to stay in a room of 10M2 with a bed of 1m40 wide with no space to put the suitcases (could not open the door when the suitcases were on the floor, could not enter the rooms together, we had to squeeze in one after the other. There was no breakfast as was indicated on the internet, no laundry ... will never go back there Danièle, from France ~ 31st Oct 2009

room was dirty and full of dust.although bed linen seemed to be clean, the materass was dirty:my wife and myself got mushrooms and bacteria over the body. Toilets were cleaned once a week,just imagine with all that people going around. Location was excellent but I wouldn't recommand staying there. Alexander, from Italy ~ 6th Oct 2009

The hostel was kind of boring looking, white walls everywhere except the lobby. The security was great! I had 3 keys to get to my room! Location was awesome as well, right in the heart of Times Square, Hell's Kitchen and Rockefeller Center. The staff was nice, didn't see much of them. The hostel wasn't very fun. Apart from the lobby which had 1 couch and 2 free internet computers, there were no other lounges or game rooms. There was no kitchen, just a fridge. Cleanliness was fine. 4-person dorm room was too small for 4 people, at least the one I stayed in. I really would've wished for a locker in the room to keep your valuables in.
