No warm water, no internet connection, cat sleeping in your bed before you will sleep in it,dirty shower, WC clogged up, ...and after that unfriendly stuff regarding providing any discounts. Recommendation: Please choose another hostel to avoid disappointing.

A wonderful stay- The staff was helpful around the clock, took care of my visa registration, and couldn't be more welcoming. Also, I met some great fellow travelers with which to explore St. Petersburg. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to really experience the city.

We had a great time at the 7 Bridges. It is like being in your own shared flat. Very relaxed atmosphere and incredibly helpful and friendly staff. The building is totally safe but it is not possible to lock individual doors although this wasn't a problem when we were there. We would highly recommend staying there we loved it!!

This hostel is excellent. The hostel-master was an expert on how to get around the city, and what to see. He registered our Visas for us, took us out drinking one night, and helped us to get our bus tickets to the next destination. Some of the best service of any hostel I have ever been to.

yes, it isn\'t really close to Sadovaya metro, but 20 to max. 30 min. will do, and buses (39 & 212) bring you there in 10. no sign outdoors, since it\'s obviously a private (read: secret) enterprise. there are two private rooms with a double-bed. due to low season it was not booked to anyone else, guys who had occupied ours by mistake were away, but we just left our stuff to go out and find our room cleaned and ready. they gave us pretty linen and towels

If you read this please take my advice and dont book this hostel. I have stayed in plenty of hostels in my traveling and this one was the worst by far. It is not near any metro, it is far from the city center, no cool bars around, the neighborhood is unsafe and rundown. Lastly dont be fooled by thinking you can book a private room. There is only one private and it was booked to 4 different couples. There is a fault in the website. To their credit the girls who ran it were nice, but it was poorly managed. Good luck if you book it.
