Good beds in bright rooms with huge lockers. I like the card as a key to open everything. Fantastic kitchen. Central location near train and bus station. Staff were very helpful except that moody bizarre Ash guy with a cap and ponytail. He gets angry when you ask 2 questions (the first question is fine though) Dont know why but guests are not very friendly... no hi at the lift, no smiles in general Nina, from Spain ~ 31st Jul 2009

Stayed in 4 rm with 4 fems. I wound up being the "noisy" roommate because the dorms are pitch black late at night and early morning. Took double the time getting ready in the am and packing as a result. Bring a pen light. Bathroom floor was sopping wet with non functional hair dryer and hand dryer! Nicole, from USA ~ 27th Jan 2009
