they charge for everything. Nice and clean though.

While, it is close to the train station, that is about the only thing this hostel has going for it. Oh, it's also near a supermarket. It is either a 1.80 Euro ride to the city center or a 20 minute walk. Very basic dorm style. The directions to reach it are very confusing. If you can find another hostel closer to the city center, go for it.

It was good and cheap enough. It was clean, as well. The walls are paper thin so you hear a pin drop from the hallway. Staff was mostly good. Internet access with their computers is a ripoff. There's an ATM inside the hostel.

Nice place to stay in Dresden. Some distance from the main sights, but the town centre isn't that big, so that's not too much of a problem. Nice and clean, friendly staff and a gorgeous view from the rooftop bar. Not that much fun going on, but of course that depends on who's there. I stayed in a room facing the railway tracks and the street. I can sleep through anything, but for some, it might be rather noisy when huge freight trains passes by.

When travelling to Dresden there is no better place to stay.

Right next to the main station, only about a half hours walk to the old city and all of the tourist sights. Couldn't have asked for a better location - stay here if youre just in the mood to do sight-seeing and have a chat with other travellers in their awesome roof-top bar (which has a great view of the city).

Great location near train station and tram stop! Clean place to stay. Low key, but a great place to stop and crash while in Dresden. Gave hotel vibe rather than hostel...

Located right by the train station, but away from everything else. Shower and bathroom were located in the room and were separate from each other which was nice. Had to pay for sheets and internet.

This is really more of a hotel than a hostel, but for the price you really will have a difficult time beating it. It's not too close to the center of the city, but it's still an easy walk. The true benefit is that it is only a couple of blocks from the main train station, so you can get there quite easily.
