Directions to get there are very confusing but it was a fun place. We enjoyed the facility and it is very close to the metro station.

enough, as expected.Near to a s-bahn station and just one stop form the main train station

It was an okay, cheap place to stay and offered breakfast which was great. However, the directions given were horrible and the service was bad. There was a charge for sheets and a charge of 2.50 euro for using a credit card to pay which is pretty ridiculous! I did not feel very safe either as the place was so huge!

My friends and I feel very angry for this hostel. I booked a 4 persons room from 17 July to 20 July, 4 days 3nights. However, as we arrived your hostel, the receptor gave us a 6 persons room and told us that 'No 4 persons room'. It makes us feel be cheated. Besides, the receptors said that all the mistakes is from hostelworld and is unrelevant to the hostel. The staff attitude is unresponsibility and makes us very very angry.

I think it wasn't clear for me, reading their special conditions at the hostelworld website, that the 3€ "deposit" for the sheets would not be returned. Felt a litle tricked there, and I don't appreciate establishments that trick their clients - thus not showing any good character, or any understanding of my situation for that matter. But that's just my opinion. Overall, there are other hostels with much better value for money, seriously.

The reception was constantly crowded with people with bulk luggage... (stayed there for a night and had been passing by there on tram several times - only saw PEOPLE at the reception). Others are so-so. The luggage room could be better ventilated. I won't refuse to stay there again but would like to try other places with more fun and character.

Korean used the bath\shower as his washing machine and got the floor wet\dirty. Otherwise pretty average overall, not great, not bad.

Maybe it's just cuz I've been to a few great hostels recently, but this place seems to be cheap and charges for everything, including the wifi in your room. The internet terminals were more expensive than average too: 1 euro per 20 minutes.

The hostel is quite far away. We need to go there from central train station by S-bahn and then walk about 15 mins. The room is quite clean.
