where can i start , your policy of a 4pm check it is the most outragious i have ever heard of, and the hostel left at least 20 people in the lounge to wait for 6 hours so that they could check in , when they arrive early in the morning , most check ins are at 11am and your staff are the most unhelpful i have ever seen , playing cards in the back room , making me wait for more than 10mins to just ask for a map , i will not be recommending any of your hotels or hostels to any one at all so t paul, from Australia ~ 20th Oct 2009

My problem with the staff was that they didn't give us proper information, about what is and isn't included in the price, or when we asked for directions they suggested a complicated walk instead of simply saying which stations to find on the underground. Imola, from Hungary ~ 16th Oct 2009

Not really much to do at the hostel,no one ever sits at the bar, but there's a complex nearby where you can eat/drink. Very clean and secure (only people holding the key-card can get in), but I would bring your own lock, because there are none provided (we stayed with some really nice guys so a lock wasn't really necessary, but still). Also, it was in walking distance of the U-bahn,(the last metro drives after midnight) and only one stop away from the main train station. Lara, from Belgium ~ 1st Sep 2009

The A&O is not the most interesting place to stay, but the location is not at all bad (about a 15 minute walk or 5 minute U-Bahn ride to the city center), and the rooms are clean and secure. Very clean place, security ensured by access cards. Note that linens and breakfast are not included (3e + 6e), internet not free. Very close to subway station and shopping center. Not in the very heart of the center but it is not a problem at all with subway (and considering size of the city). I recommend this place. Thibaut, from France ~ 16th Jul 2009
