A Casa Naranja in Marrakech, Ecuador

In four nights we never had our garbage taken out, our beds made or our bathroom cleaned. Even when I asked the daughter for it to be done after my husband had been very sick one night. Still, nothing. Not even an extra roll of toilet paper. The place needs a good cleaning and some instructions on customer service. Their only concern is making money off the tourist. If you just want a bed for the night okay, but if you expect ANY service at all, go someplace else. Karen, from USA ~ 10th Feb 2012

Great location. I had a good time, met some cool travelers. The inside reminded me of a cool place I stayed at in Spain with large inner courtyards where the rooms faced into them. Quiet, no noise from outside comfortable beds, slept really well. John, from USA ~ 30th Dec 2011
