  • I was travelling alone, so it was nice to be in this hostel and to meet people. Casa di Amici is a very nice hostel. We have everything there : breakfast, kitchen, map of the city, Internet, books, and more... The staff is friendly and helpful. They told me what to do around the city, always with a smile! The price is good, cheap for Palermo! I really enjoyed my 3 days there.

  • It is the best hostel which I ever stayed. Really good location. Near the hostel we with my husband found market with amazing fruits and fresh fish which we cooked in the kitchen. Stuff is really friendly, breakfast is good. Everything looks nice in this hostel. I would recommend it.

  • This hostel actually is comprised of two buildings, one across the street and around the corner. The building around the corner is where we stayed and while it was very nice and we didn't have to deal with all the traffic from the main part of the hostel, we didn't have Internet and had to walk over for breakfast in the morning. The internet was a huge setback as my husband was working on our trip and couldn't work from the comfort of our room.

  • I would definitely recommend this hostel, colorful, cheerful, spacious. Location is very handy. No bunk beds, you'll have your own single bed. Good value for money. On the negative side, reception is not always open so you need to let them know in advance what time you're arriving. Mattresses are quite old, and not very comfortable. Bed linen is worn out too.
