Poor cleaniness, there was a pervasive odour throughout the hostel. Although smoking in the hostel is not allowed, there were occasions when there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the corridor. Although the dorm I was staying in was a 16 bed dorm, there were actually 20 beds in the dorm. There were only two toilets/showers on the level, and they were supposed to be shared between a 16(20?) bed dorm and a 10 bed dorm. A very very poor ratio. One of the worst hostels i have stayed at. Hostel was preety much OK but we expected a little more fun in there... Beds are very comfortable, hostel is clean and located very to close to the bus/train station (like 200m) and about 5-8min walk away from city center.If you are looking just for clean, cheap place to stay, this hostel is for you. If you are looking for fun and party place, you probably need to go somewhere else (or maybe we were just that "lucky" that nothing has happened there during our stay). I booked it for 2 night but when I got there it was disappointing. The receptionist didn't want to keep my bag so I could go and change money. Instead she asked to put it u der the stairs. The staff was not friendly. I had to sleep on the couch. It had really low standard for the amount of money I was paying. The only positive thing was location. Everything else was below standard. I got a sofa in a small attic instead of bed in a room. It was extremely loud, couldn't sleep during the whole night. The hostel was very depressing and ugly, I don't know why Lonely Planet is recommending this place. For all these reasons I left one night earlier (I didn't get a refund though).
