One word sums this place up and that is TERRIBLE... We booked this accom on the reviews from other travellers, and on arrival we were in shock... Where do I start... It's a good 20min walk from the town, and at night it's a no go area. It's also situated on a main road.. The staff are very unhelpful, they made us feel as if we were troubling them everytime we asked a question... The bar music is played at full pelt from 7pm until the early hours.. They have a bar but no licence to sell booze... We booked a double shared bathroom room, and on arrive we were escorted to the garden shed/wendy house... which was freezing and damp... They also have a resident theif, on tackling the staff they just said we know... I would STRONGLY recommend staying elsewhere... We have been in Africa for 4 weeks now at different hostels but this place is the pits... If you do decide to stay, make sure you take a huge padlock as your things will go walkabout if you don't

Verry helpful staff. Good private room with bathroom. Window screens versus mosquitos would be welcome. Pool an asset.

Really helpful staff, fun place (with a pool!) and nice bar. Everything you could need, good location for the harbourfront.
