I stayed there for 3 night, on the first day, the sink was stocked! n the second day, there was not hot water to take shower! although there's free dinner, but it's bad Hsin-Mei, from Taiwan ~ 30th Dec 2011

the people who worked there were really creepy, and prior to i had heard that there were bed bugs in this hostel. When we arrived the employee had bites all over his arm which really creeped me out. It was a total rip off because we were not allowed to check in until 4pm and were kicked out promptly at 10 am. For 25 euros a night I was expecting much more. Also you have to pay for one top sheet and a pillow case. They don't mention that on their site. It was a nice locationa ten minute walk fro hannah, from USA ~ 29th Nov 2011

We ended up staying not in the dorm building in the center of the city, but in a second building along the northern edge which was very quiet and extremely relaxing. Well kept, and Nina (the owner) is very helpful. When I return to Venice, I will absolutely be going here again. Colin, from USA ~ 4th Nov 2011

I also experienced bedbugs, I had four big bites on my legs when I left. And I don't think there's mosquitos in the end of October... Otherwise I liked the atmosphere and especially the free dinner. Excellent hostel to meet people, the nightly dinner (included in price) is a great opportunity to meet and mingle with other people. Might not be the place if you want a relaxing stay to sleep soundly, but if you´re looking for fun, this is the place Charlene, from USA ~ 30th Oct 2011

This place was great. The main building was full so I got placed in their other building about a 1/2 mile away which was good since the rooms where a little smaller and the building less crowded than the main on.I did not get any bites or bedbugs but did hear of one person getting bites at the main hostel building.They serve free dinner! The location was good indeed. No internet at all! They don´t accept credit cards there, so take cash! It was clean, sure. Staff was friendly. No dinner for me because I get there at 8:20pm and that was 20 minutes late, so no food left! For people having an economic adventure, it was acceptable, but if you can pay a hotel, please do it!!
