- “ I had a horrible experience with the hotel and the service that Hostel.com provides. First it is not clear that the hostel does not rent beds. I got confused and rented two bedrooms during the same day than I was going to host there, a couple minutes later when I realized of my mistake and cancel my reservation, and the hostel charged 90 dollars for my cancellation. I know that these were the rules, but my reservation was 30 minutes valid. Hostel.com was inflexible and the hotel took advantage o ”

- “ Ants in the bathroom, bed bugs in the bed and and fruit flies flying around... Need i say no more. Only saving grace was the lady that was on reception was very understanding and she let me move rooms which no good as the 2nd room had fruit flies flying around and i just wasn't looking forward to seeing what was in the bed. In the end she called a sister company motel and had me moved there with no extra cost. It was much nicer there and no bugs!! ”

- “ It's a classic American Motel. The staff is really nice and welcoming. Only 3-4 blocks away from the light rail to downtown Portland (runs from 5am to 2am). The rooms are clean, we had no problem with shower and it's not too noisy considering its proximity with the freeway. ”
