great for value, very clean, but impossible to locate without the street address due to the lack of any prominent signage...their web site gives an intersection, so we looked for that in the dark and eventually had to go find wifi to look up the actual building number...

The staffs there are friendly and kind-hearted. It's near the Greyhound Bus Station.

It's a very pleasant place, reasonably if not fantastically located, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It doesn't quite yet have the charm or cosiness of a more established hostel, but it's getting there, and the facilities are mostly excellent.

I initially though it was in a suspect area but I think that is all of New Orleans...

Staff was very helpful and accommodative. Location was a good walk to downtown and very close to the convention center. I recommend Bourbon House highly if staying in NOLA.

They have a pool table and a relaxing outdoor deck. Staff are friendly and will pick you up/drop you off at the airport for a fee (provided it's not too early in the morning). Doors are all locked with codes, but no lockers. Beds comfortable and clean. The hostel is close to the French Quarter, but make sure you check out the Garden District, up and down Magazine.

I really enjoyed staying at the hostel. It's the first time I have ever stayed in one and was very impressed. It is a long walk to the French Quarter (especially in the rain) but otherwise, I had a great experience! The hostel was very clean and the people were extremely nice.

A really awesome hostel, one of the best I've been to. The location is 25 minutes to the Vieux Carre, but the area is really nice and absolutely secure. Thanks!

Booked a private room which was overprized for what I got. No cleaning! No fridge, no sink, no mirror, TV without remote cont. Had to share the bathroom with everybody in hostel and paid the quadruple price for a bed. When I asked to move to dorm, the manager told me that there was no space. I checked online and saw that they had a bed available. Also when I called to pick me up from the airport as posted on homepage, the manager told me to take the airport shuttle bus. It took 3 h. No apologies
