Safe and quiet location near Magazine, an undisclosed treasure familiar to the local y'at. thomas, from USA ~ 22nd Oct 2009

The staff was very helpful, went out of their way to help us. Hostel was clean and in a safe area. It was a 20 min walk from the french quarter, or a quick trolley ride. The walk down Camp street is pretty and worth the walk. The hostel was a little difficult to find because there is only a very small sign above the door, no other signing to show what the place is. I was very pleased overall. Melissa, from USA ~ 29th Sep 2009

Amazing staff and hostel. Help out anyone in need and the boss is friendly, welcoming and kind of funny. Great, safe feeling location and very clean. All in all one of the best hostels we have stayed in. Sarah, from England ~ 25th Sep 2009

Very clean and comfortable accommodations! Reese was always extremely helpful and friendly, and Nate does an awesome job of keeping up the great condition of the hostel with his constant cleaning. The location is convenient and in a beautiful neighborhood. Highly recommended! Lindsey, from USA ~ 29th Sep 2009

Wonderful hostel, lots of places to hang out with other people, the stuff is very helpful and very nice. It's a bit far away form the French Quarter, but it's not such a long walk and the bus is close. The breakfast is pancakes and you can pretty much make as much as you like. A nice place for young people. Danielle, from Israel ~ 13th Sep 2009

The bathrooms could be cleaned a little bit more often, or more thoroughly. As well as the ashtrayers on the terrace. Nobody told us about free waffles & coffee for breakfast when we were checking in and we discovered them on the last day. Overall, the stay was really good and we will come back if we ever happen to visit New Orleans again. Andrzej, from Poland ~ 18th Oct 2009

Like a well-appointed, clean and comfortable kindergarten classroom or Ikea showplace within a charming old jewelery box of a neighborhood. Jennifer, from USA ~ 26th Aug 2009
