The hotel is far from the main attraction. Staff only speak Spanish. I was given a room on the 2nd floor at the balcony. It was extreme cold, heater not working and no hot water for shower. When I request to change room, the staff informed that the rooms downstair is about range Euro40 which is what I have paid but was given such a bad room upstair.After checking, they decided that they had make a mistake. Then I have to shift down with all my heavy luggages. The room downstair was noisy with al Mor, from Malaysia ~ 28th Dec 2008
