AB Apartments in Seville, Czech Republic

Good location, close to the station, opposite an excellent restaurant and next to the elizabeth spa and swimming pool. Basic facilities in the house, little (no) decoration but a nice building. Very helpful staff which dropped AND picked up the key for us at a moments' notice. The central heating was not on but I am sure they would have fixed it instantly had we complained.
