It was our second time in this hostel, next time in Berlin we will stay there again for sure! clean, quiet and well equiped with all basic utilities, nice connection with the center (underground station), really nice & quiet area. AND: bathroom in every room. Anatol, from Poland ~ 9th May 2012

Definitely not a recommendation. AS hostel Berlin was most likely the worst hostel experience ever.Disastrous organization, NO free car park, we did not get a wifi password, the bathroom was very dirty esp. the toilet bowl. Christian, from Germany ~ 4th Nov 2011

Reasonably priced hostel located in nice, quiet residential area far from center but close to U-bahn station. The staff was very friendly and responded immediately to my request for hot water or heat in the room. I just wish I didn't have to ask. Magdalena, from USA ~ 18th Oct 2011

AS Hostel in Paul-Robeson-Strasse was a very nice experience. Well situated, nice and efficient staff, calm, and a nice price. Berlin is always an intresting place to visit and you can fun there. When I visit berlin next time I will book a room at P-R-Strasse. Per, from Sweden ~ 25th Jul 2011
