This hostel was great! It was right in the middle of everything. About a 20 minute walk from the Guinness Storehouse, 5 minutes from Tample Bar, just off O'Connell Street, right by the shopping district, everything! Although there is no bar on the property, there is no shortage of pubs in the area. I would definitely go back, the girls working at the counter were cute and very friendly. I checked out Sunday, but they let me leave my bags in the luggage storage until really early Monday when I ha

Great location, right near Temple Bar and other restaurants. Easy walk to Guiness Storehouse and Jameson Distillery. The rooms aren't bad, a little small cramped as a 12 person and it has only 1 shower/toilet (in the same room, so if someone is showering you can't pee), though there are some bathrooms upstairs. But it's not bad if you are just using it as a bed. There is a pretty nice lounge downstairs, and you get a free light breakfast next door every morning.

Our 6 bed room was clean and nice. We loved the window to the street. Staff was nice and smiley and we all got our own key to the room! The room was very hot at night and we had to keep the window open to the street.. street was very noisy at the weekend so take earplugs! Breakfast was small but nice. And about the security lockers.. Don't put any money in before you are SURE how the lockers work x) Thank you Abbey court! best wishes from the group of 5 from Finland

I would say we definitely got what we paid for. The place was not impressive, but everything was fine, which is all you can really ask for at 23 euro a night. Breakfast was just cereal and toast, but it was included in the price of the hostel, so we really had no complaints.

People staying there were nice but not that outgoing and weren't interested in going out that much. Met a few people who where a lot of fun but given that this was my first hostel experience I was a bit disappointed. Too many people staying for a long stay there so for those of us there just a couple days it wasn't as exciting as it could've been.

Overall, this was a good hostel to stay at if you are after a location within easy access to everything Dublin has to offer. However, the beds were uncomfortable and squeeked all night with the slightest move. The supplied breakfast was very very basic (toast and coffee only) and the French lady working the breakfast on Sunday 27th Jan was crazy and bossy, as if she was the one who was paying to be there, she made allsorts of demands from cleaning tables to dumping rubbish to been out the door t
