Abby Guest House in Cape Town, USA

As good a location as you are likely to get in a large city like Dallas. Dallas is not a real city and has very little in terms of services in the CBD and is a neighbourhood based city. No grocery nearby but many bars. restaurants on nearby Grenville Ave. Bus service is poor, only once an hour and no service on Sunday. Its a 25 minute walk to Mockingbird station.
