- “ At any one point, when I was in the hostel, there were 2 or 3 people always smoking weed and that did not go over very well with me at all. I smelt like it and so did everything I owned. The hostel guests were nice and did not cause any major problems but the smoking of Weed was a little much for me to even be around. Smoking inside should not be allowed. And Weed should not be allowed at all. very nice and easy to get to place. ”

- “ I ordered a room for three people, but we are given a room with two beds. One of us have to sleep on the floor. What's more, there is no lock between our room with the room beside ours. ”

- “ The hostel is very old and outdated. ”

- “ The location was terrible, it was out in the suburbs and was a long subway ride to downtown. there were numerous houses and it felt quite unnerving following a random man late at night to another house to get to my room... It was relieving when I got inside and realised it wasn't a scam.. There wasn't a single bin in the whole place, including the bathroom and kitchen. It was dirty and didn't look like it had been swept for a while. It was the most expensive place, and the most disappointing. ”

- “ Really nice, unique place in an old building in a quiet neighborhood.. feels like you've moved in, if only for a day or two. Lots of great, vegetarian-friendly restaurants nearby. In walking distance of the green line to get downtown. ”

- “ Had a great time staying here. The location was great and we were even up graded to a bigger room to fit all of our people in one place. I would recomend this place to others. The rooms were clean and the staff helped us whenever we needed them. ”

- “ Pretty good place for a reasonable price, that is not far away from the city center, reachable by the green line. ”

- “ - all in all good hostel, friendly and easy process (e.g. to extend the stay) - one bed was really badly fixed and breaked together sometimes - Internet broke up from time to time ”

- “ Location is convenient for Cambridge and a good area for going out at night (nice atmosphere, lots of young people), but not really close to downtown. The house is old and has a lot of character, but is not very well equipped (no kitchen, only one bathroom per floor, wi-fi very slow). Value for money is ok. ”

- “ You can easily reach the hostel by public transport-20 minutes to downtown. There were many young people and lots of bars with great atmosphere and good prices. Apartment was enough equiped and it was cleaned every day. Staff was helpful. It' s ideal for budget travellers. ”

- “ The hostel itself is in an old house. Overall, the owner who greeted me us was friendly. Kind of pricey for a double bed for two nights stay. There are only two bathrooms for the entire hostel, which was a bit annoying due to waiting forever to take a shower. The beds were very creaky but comfortable. The doors seem old and fragile, making it possible for anyone to just kick them open and break in. But because of its location, which has a tram station and great places to eat, it was good. ”

- “ It was only a hostel I was able to find a room I did not expect a lot, however, the reality exceeded my expectation! In a very negative way - sooo far from the downtown, no facilities - only the hostel without a kitchen!!! I've ever stayed not enough bathrooms for the amount of guests, NO computers, not even a single one - go to Europe and learn how to take care of your guests!!! No stuff helping - no visible office, we have to phone for every single question, not clean at all! Never ever will ”

- “ We had to cancell, so could not stay. But the cancellation process is very confused. We called 4 times to verify the cancellation with the Hotel, but could never verify this had been actioned. It was always \"you need to call back later\". ”

- “ Worked out, but had problems with intermittent wifi and televisions didn't work at all. It was a working trip for me, so really had counted on the wifi that was advertised. Not the cleanest, but yeah!, no bugs! Basic place for an overnight! ”

- “ I understand that it is a family-run small inn and we should not expect too much from it. However, the smells in the room and the dirty carpet are just something most people cannot tolerate. The staffs were okay and they appeared to be willing to help. But for the $200 bucks I paid for a double bed private room for two people, it is definitely not worth the money. ”

- “ The Farrington Inn is a short walk to teh city's rapid transit, however it is far enough from the city center to make public transportation mandatory. There are other options in the city, some are excellent and some poor. This falls in the middle. The internet access lacks strength and is not dependable. Overall, it is worth the money, and I would stay here again if the better places were, once again, all booked. I do think it is overpriced in comparison. Travel with a friend. Much cheaper. ”
