“ My experience was mixed at best. On the first day toilet clogged and flooded, but it was fixed in less than 30 mins. Then I found bedbugs in my room, the staff was very helpful and offered me a new room and proceeded with fumigation. When I came back to get my stuff there was already someone else in that place and the staff accidentally took one of my towels (I was offered one of theirs as a compensation). I had a bad luck staying in this hostel, but the staff handled all situations well. ”
