Cleanliness = excellent. Character, Security, Staff = good. Sparse decor. Large room lockers, no staff after hours. Bridget friendly & helpful, but not around that much, didn't see other staff. Location & Fun = average. Hostel not on popular map. Basics in walking distance, but main attractions/center a bit far. Somewhat close to tram stop. No hostel activities, but 24hr beer machine a plus. Common area huge, but tv and viewing area small. No computers and limited wifi area. Books available. Stephen, from USA ~ 16th Oct 2011

Everyone was very friendly and made to feel at home. Good chill out zone. It is a bit out of town but it makes you go find the cooler parts of the city. Best tip: Bar Leon. the staff are really nice and will give good info about where is good to go - sit at the bar :). Jessica, from Australia ~ 1st Aug 2011

This hostel is really great, only like 5 minutes walk from the center, there's a cute vintage shop right on the corner and a bookstore one block away.Also, the receptionist men is extremely helpful and the breakfast is good. Adrienn, from Hungary ~ 25th Jun 2011

We loved to stay in this hostel - you can do whatever you want and at the same time stay in nice, clean and charming place. The owners are not there but when we adviced them about time of our arrival they were waiting for us. Danuta, from Poland ~ 31st May 2011

The hostel is incredible, but for girls it's not really safe during the night. A bit far from the city center. You dont have much privacy in the bathroom. The DIY breakfast is a great idea. Thais, from Brazil ~ 30th May 2011
