- “ Warning! This propery charges a significant chunk of the full charge in advance. You have no option but to pay it, otherwise your stay is cancelled. This amount is also not refundable. To me, this is terrible customer care and I can't really remember ever having stayed in a hotel with conditions like these. ”

- “ Had a room next to the street, which was noisy because of the open window (no airco and quite hot). Strange way of paying: first a deposit and then a link was sent to pay via creditcard, no cash. Close to big street and good connection to whats to see. ”

- “ It's ment to be efficient, not cosy homelike five-star-half-hotel, that's obvious: if in need of a simple, easily reachable and CHEAP place to sleep in and stock your stuff in, Acco does the trick. Has that old-school roadside motel kind of a feeling. ”

- “ Lo mejor que está cerca de supermercados y zona de copas. Está a 40minutos andando desde la estación central y cerca del metro (pero muy caro) La habitación de 12 camas estaba limpia pero con las persianas rotas que dejaban pasar la luz del sol desde las 4am! Baños y duchas limpias y con agua caliente. Cocina reducida pero con lo necesario (frigo y microondas) Personal muy "seco" y no sabían darte respuesta a preguntas básicas de turista No hace falta hacer check-in/out: todo es automátic ”
