- “ Louis is great! He's super nice. When my flight got in late, he called to make sure I was okay and gave me exact directions to his place to give to the taxi driver. That actually was a nice touch because the taxi driver had no idea where to go. The beds are comfortable and the other guests were nice and respectful. The hostel is a block and a half from the train and an easy 15-minute ride on the 7 into midtown Manhattan. It's on the west side of Queens, so extremely close to the city. ”

- “ I was sad when I first arrive so happy for firstnight then on second night someone stolen my wallet and passport. I had very diffi ult to deal wih police nothing they can do. I had to return back to romania. I didnt get any chance of good time in new york city. My plan was for 1 week in new york city. I only stayed 2 days . It was painful for me. ”

- “ My stay here was awesome! It was in a very nice part of Queens that had everything I needed at reach. Louis was wonderful and down to earth. Our room was comfortable and spacious enough. Never ever had to wait in line for the bathroom. I highly recommend it. ”

- “ This place is indeed unique. You won´t feel like you´re staying at a hostel but at the house of a person who is very nice and will try to do anything in his power to make you have a pleasant time. In my opinion, the cleanliness of this place deserves a good instead of an excellent, but in value for money it should get a double excellent. ”

- “ This is not a hostel. I consider it a CouchSurfing home that you pay for, with a lot of CouchSurfers. When I came there I thought I was mistaken because I only saw a regular house, with garbage in the front lawn. The address on hostels.com is incorrect, real address is 47-09 43rd Avenue, Queens. I didn't like the atmosphere (stange visitors, some slept on couches) and so did my room mate. We both booked for 3 days but left after 1. The owner is actually a nice guy but I only met him when I left ”

Thanks to him i have really enjoyed NY. And the nightview was so fantastic in my place!! If i visit to NY i will choose this hostel again. ”
