Staff were generally very good, though I was moved from one room to another on my second night without any notice, luckily I had not headed out for the day or it could have been a huge mess. Very clean and modern.

Overall a very nice place to get some sleep. I would recommend it, and already have.

Great and very clean common rooms and back yard. Cheap drinks at bar compared to rest of London. Easy to take the tube/bus to anywhere else in the city. Unfortunately, the crowd seemed either a bit old or a bit young for me. The bar/common areas, while very nice and clean weren't necessarily homely enough to really create a comfortable atomosphere to socialize in. But perhaps this was all just a product of the specific two days I was at the hostel. Overall, very pleasant nice stay!

This hostel was excellent - more like a hotel. We stayed in a private room which had french doors onto the patio and it came with lots of little extras such as a safe, a fridge and dressing gowns! Great value for what you get.

Probably the best hostel I've ever been in. It is more like a hotel than a hostel. Just breakfast could be better.

The hostel is great if you're looking for a quiet, clean and comfortable atmosphere. The only annoying part was the way they nickel and dimed you. You pay for a bed, but any extras and you\\\\\\\'ll be paying them. Also be sure and check with the staff before you head out in the morning. For some reason they like to make you change rooms after every night, which can be a real pain and seems rather dumb.

excellent hostel. Exceeded my expectations and highly recommended. Staff were great and friendly. Place looked very clean and organized and the place looked almost new. Would definitely stay here the next time I was in London. A little out of the way from central London but that's just being picky.
