Ai Due Leoncini in Bogota, Italy

This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed.It would almost be humorous if it weren't so pathetic and miserable.The room smelled like mold and mildew and had zero airflow.The mold was causing the paint to peel, or maybe they just painted over the mold.Also, there was a light buld burned out in our room and they never fixed it.That's just laziness.The shared bathroom was even more moldy and the floor was always wet because the shower door was broken.Again, laziness.Filthy, smelly, da John, from USA ~ 1st Jun 2011

The bathrooms were about 10 people to one bathroom and the water went everywhere in the bathroom so it felt discusting Elizabeth, from USA ~ 24th May 2011

They just seem to don't care. The ceilings have lot's of humidity which could at least be painted regularly. But the main sign of not caring is the broken door of the shower, something so easy to repair and it's just there without the door. The worst hotel in italy that I've everexperienced. So far from center, but we had the idea that we can geta closer, non-touristic view from the city.. but it is much furthur than it says in the address.. The room was SMELLY, TWO BROKEN BED , BROKEN SHOWER, BROKEN TOILET..with a view to a storage room full of garbage. When we asked to change a room, and shows the the owner that the room is Just a mess, she answered, "YEP, we agree that the room is as it is, you'd better to find another hotel, Mina, from Iran ~ 1st May 2011

We stayed for three days in the beginning of our journey and for one day in the end. Pluses - very friendly and extremely helpful personnel. Minuses - in may it was cold in the room, and the condition of the bathroom (we had the bathroom outside the room) is very poor - the water flows on the floor, and there was also the lack of toilet paper - sorry to comment this) Though for the one last day we were provided large and beautiful room with no problems with bathroom and other staff. Great location, very helpful staff, nice rooms, but upstairs permanent residents (not ADL guest rooms) were quite noisy in evenings and mornings. Matt, from USA ~ 21st Apr 2011
