I had trouble attempting to lock the window in my room Your location was close to perfect for my purposes:walking to the train station was a cinch and took less than 15 minutes being close to downtown made for easy access to museums, the Tony Knowles trail, and restaurants. Your staff was extremely helpful and recommended the Snow City Cafe, whose food was outstanding (especially the Crabby Omelet). Patricia, from USA ~ 6th Jul 2011
