Everything about this place was great. Free internet. Really close to venice. I have one thing to let everbody know though. There are 3 receptionists. A young man, a woman, and an older guy with white hair. The young man and the woman are some of the nicest and most helpful people I have ever met. The older guy with white hair should be fired and never be allowed to work with people ever again. The most rude person I met in all of Europe. Clayton, from USA ~ 18th Aug 2009

It is like staying in a kitschy cheesy hotel from the 70s. The evening clerk (older gentleman with grey hair) is very helpful, nicer, and more fluent in English than the lady during the day. The hotel is not easy to find and the instructions on their website is not quite correct. The bus ride to the hotel from the airport will take quite awhile. From the airport, take bus 15 (but not the one going to the casino. apparently there are 2 #15 bus stops). The bus will go to Mestre first before arr Betty, from Canada ~ 2nd Jul 2009

This hotel is located in a nice residential area very close to the center of Venice, so the distance is not a big deal. The room was pretty and clean as the whole hotel. The staff was really nice and helpful although sometimes we had language issues. I had a very nice time staying in this hotel. I totally recomend it. Eduardo, from Venezuela ~ 13th Apr 2009
