- “ Antonio the Hostel owner couldn t have been more welcoming and even took me out on my first night for a guided tour of the local area. The Santa Teresa/ Lapa area is really interesting and great to go partying on the weekend. Private room was a little spartan but fine. ”

- “ Small, inexpensive, quiet and clean. 3 blocks from Metro stop Gloria, 5 blocks from Catete entertainment zone. However, not the place to meet or socialize with other travelers -- I only saw 1 other guest, and there is no place to hang out, just a computer room. No Wi-Fi but there are 2 computers available for guests. Staff was very friendly and helpful. ”
