for mixed dorms, clear shower doors might seem inappropriate to some. just be warned. nonetheless, the staff was very accomodating, and i met some of the best people on my trip in this hostel. though it is somewhat far from main berlin sights, the neighborhood the hostel is location in is quite lovely in and of itself.

Very clean, free internet, and locks and lockers which was great. Also semi-private bathrooms. Location was a bit far from the city, but the staff were very helpful and the public transit is easy enough to navigate.

The bathrooms and our room were not cleaned very often, if at all. Free internet was available on several computers. Free TV was also available. The staff was ok, but they checked someone in at 1am, and allowed him to sleep in our room. The lack of an age limit made for awkward situations: 2 20-year-old girls and a 50 year-old-man in one room.

It seems to be a very nice place, so close to the center of the city. I have told my friends about it. A great greeting to the staff, as I liked so much.
