Great location, very helpfull manager. Good price. Little difficult to find at first but was well worth it. But the air conditioning listed was a fan.

Pro: The location is really good. Only takes few minutes to go to Uffizi and Duomo. Besides, Veronique, who is the owner of this hostel I think, gave us lots of useful travel information. Con: Air condition doesn't work. And the fan is quite dirty so that we prefered not use it. Luckily, it was not hot that night.

It is absolutely a poor and awful hostel. The hostel address is duplicated (the street name it located is the same as another street nearby.) It is so difficult to find it, but the hostel didn\'t mention about that and no direction given. Even I phoned to the telephone number provided within its office time , no one answered!! Many mosquitos inside the room! As it locates so near to the tourist site, food there are very expensive.

She was a really nice lady. Helped us out by giving us a map and showing us the cheap places to eat. It was just rooms and two bathrooms...so no social area, but the people we met were cool. It is in downtown Florence, so it is really close to all the sites. However it is a 10-15 minute walk from the train station - - if you have a lot of luggage just taxi it to the hostel then walk around from there.
