Overall a very pleasant stay. The room at the fifth floor was very hot and a lift had been nive. The toilet and tv was fine though. The staff was sometimes great sometimes not. When we arrived we were told that we had no reservation and that he couldn´t help us. However, after a while he got our name right and found the reservations. he did NOT handle the situation very well. When we left the woman in charge was very nice.
