An extremely enjoyable stay at the Alexandria guesthouse! The town is very beautiful and the house was lovely. The owners were very nice too. Would gladly stay there again since it was very convenient to hop the train to DC in 15 minutes.
I really liked the place, it was well priced, easy access to public transportation, rooms were a bit small, but we spent most of our time in the city anyway. The staff was helpful for navigating DC and locating spots.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It felt more like spending the week at a friends house than anything. Claudio and Lucia were very pleasant people. They were able to put you at ease right away. The location would be difficult to get to without a car. It is easy to find and in a fairly quiet neigborhood. I would recommend it to a friend.

Fantstic place to stay - really close to the metro, nice neighbourhood, impeccably clean, nice, comfortable rooms, hot choccie and toast for breakfast. Don't stay here if looking for a party or to meet other travellers, but otherwise its everything you need.
Very nice and secure location. Owners know how to make their guests feel welcome.
Don´t take it without car. No chance to get to a puplic transportation.
The hostel looks like a family owned business and you share the kitchen with the family. Very clean and nice environment.
