The Alexandrie is not much to look at at first, but once you get comfortable, you'll realize that it's quite clean, the staff is friendly and very helpful, and the people staying there are also awesome. Be sure to stay for Saturday night dinner, which was delicious and a drunken good time. Best of all: there is an N64 with Mario Kart hooked up downstairs. Make sure you indulge! This hostel is ok. You are basically getting what you are paying for. It s by no means luxurious-the beds creak, there arent enough bathrooms, and it can get quite noisy at night what with people being noisy in the living area, and there is only one computer with access to the internet if you dont have a laptop. Apart from that, the hostel was clean, the staff very helpful, breakfast was good (and free), and the hostel has a good feel. Anna, from France ~ 14th Sep 2009
