We booked a double room in the alibiT60 hostel and got the best room they have! It was not too big, but clean and bright, and the best was the terasse we had over the roofs of piran! So we had a very nice stay in piran, the staff was helpfull and i would do it again.

Both rooms we rented were filthy. The window was broken out and the bathroom was covered in mold, dirt and hair. We were forced to prepay in cash before we saw the rooms and the staff was very reluctant to return our money even though we were there for less than one hour. My husband demanded a refund and thankfully we did get our money back. It's a real shame because the rooms could have been very pleasant with even the most basic level of upkeep.

We were really pleased with our stay in Alibi Piran T60. Your staff member Svetlana was so friendly and helpful, we enjoyed our stay very much

A little bit of renovating & more cleaning would make the hostel a big difference. My window was broken, still with splinters. Mould and insects in the bathroom... But staff was very friendly, and Piran great.

We were compelled to book via internet, and we paid reservation fees to the \\\"upper class\\\" (hotel?). When we arrive (in time!), we find out that our room were given to somebody else. So we were placed into a hostel room: unbelievably bad condition, dirty, stinks to every possible (including urine!!) and loudy throughout the night. A complete nightmare! This is something that Lonely Planet must know. Sincerely, Sampsa Vanhatalo, MD Univ.Helsinki, Helsinki, Finland

On the arrival, the toilet was so dirty i did not want to sit on it. It was clear that no one has used any detergents to clean it in a while.

We had to wait 40 minutes for the pickup because the hostel-guy had dinner with his girlfriend. We had the upper room with a very nice private roof-top. But the bathroom was just to dirty and heater is not able to keep the room warm in winter. (Not warmer than 11°C.)

This hostel was very disappointing. We had an apartment room but it was far from an apartment. The write up in Lonely Planet Guide is very misleading. I would never recommend this place to anyone. We met someone who stayed in the hostel also said it was the worst hostel they have ever stayed in. We also had colleagues stay there two months before us and their reservation was stuffed up and they had to stay in the shared rooms rather than one of the apartment rooms. they warned us but we still held our reservation in good faith but that was a mistake.

Good room, although there was a bikini left in the shower from the previous guests

The owner was rude, not frendly at all. I wouldn't recommand this place. It's really expensive for what you get.
