Very unusual for there to be no cupboards, drawers, table, wardrobe, storage of any type in the room. Basic is an understatement. Beds and a bin was it. Megan, from Australia ~ 24th Oct 2011

Absolutely HATED my time in this hostel. The most uncomfortable bed in months of hostel accomodation. Unclean, cracks in the floor, the room stank. The communal area wasn't welcoming. No side lights for each bed. Disgusting. I will not be recommending this hostel to anyone - if anthing I'll be warning them away. Emma, from England ~ 2nd Oct 2011

Excellent location (near Southern Cross Station) and facilities (luggage room, bedroom door electronic lock, internet, free coffee/pasta/rice). Staff extremely random... most of the times nice guys but some others really unfriendly. Bathrooms and toilets not so clean... dorms ok but no lockers and a bit loud at night. Good quality hostel, clean tidy and spacious. A bit unsociable maybe becuase of size, 400 plus beds and everyone in my 12 dorm room was only there for 1 night. I was there for 3 nights (wed - sat) I missed having a fun time. Read Owner Comments Binh, from New Zealand ~ 10th Apr 2011
