the room, is smelly and old. the bathroom don hv electricity.the room , was told by the staff that it has been clean earlier before i arrive, but the cleanliness is still not satisfied.

Called for a pick up and was told- very grumpily- there were no free pickups that day. Room's ceiling was covered in waterpipes which sounded like Chinese water torture all night. Glad I was only here for one night, there's a reason it's so cheap!

I expected to have a free pick-up service from/to Tullamarine Airport, but when I made a call to the hotel I was said to wait for about 5hrs for the next pick-up and I had to pay $26 for shuttle bus return ticket.

the worst backpacker you can meet. it is the house for the homeless. Cheap but you just get a bed.
The kindly, helpful reception lady give us the wrong departure time of a tour!!! made us miss our flight and need to pay another 200 AUD for new airticket!!!!!!! The room is very dirty and full of cigaratte smell. The sound from the water pipe overhead is really very disturbing....cannot sleep overnight!!!!

I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness (despite the floor in the room being cluttered with belongings it was clean) and security of the place. However the advertised "free" airport pickup was not available because the reception had no idea where the driver was or how to contact them which I found very frustrating because I ended up having to make my own way to the city. Location is very convenient.

It was the most disquisting place I ever set foot in. I had to check out, I could'nt stay the night there even though I still had to pay for it. It should be closed down. Squaler!

We were really utterly disappointed with the place. We were first directed to a room which was in the midst of painting. Also, the people at the counter requested different amounts for the key and towel deposit. Worse of all was the cleaniless. Mattress and floor was dirty, the look of the room initially really put us off and dampen our holiday mood. The only good thing they provide is the free shuttle to the place. The worst we have stayed esp in melbourne.
