We enjoyed our time here. The staff was nice, and our room was clean and somewhat spacious. Although it did not have a sink, which according to the description, every room should have one. Maybe a 10-15 min walk from the Interlaken West train station. For the price, it couldn't be beat. Overall a good experience.

There was some complications initially in our reservation. We were billed one price and then told there was a mistake and we needed to pay more. We were willing to pay more and were going to upon the day of check out. Instead at 1:30am one of the staff woke us all up out of our sleep to pay the remaining balance which was minimal considering the fuss that was made. I think that was uncalled for. If they couldnt wait until checkout at least leave a note to come downstairs to pay. In additio
