The rooms are not clean and the staff is not nice, only the italian guy is fun.the breakfas is very poor, the bathrooms are not vleand and the roomd are in a different buildings, some of theme are floors with doctors and some offices, not nice. Also is very very far from the attractions

Its not good situated but not that far away, its clean but you can get better for better price in berlin. The staff is awfull, they couldnt tell me how to get to the airport, they tell you to look in the internet. Although internet is free only 2 computers work, theyre packed and really slow

The location is great, just 4 stops away from Alexander Platz, a good starting point for all of Berlin. The bedroooms were nice, mostly ikea stuff, but it works just fine. Communal showers, but with locks on the door so you've got privacy. Overall a hostel thats worth its price if ur on a budget.

The staff was very lost but helpful, totally worth the price. The breakfast costs 5 euro but if you just sit down and eat without saying anything you can get it for free :D.. The rooms are clean but there is no lock on the door to the showers so anyone can come in while your'e standing there naked in the shower :S
It's easy to get to the city and it takes about 5min to alexanderplatz, where you can find shopping, nightlife and sightseeing..

Location of the hostel was very good. Just next to subway station. Rooms and beds were clean. Unfortunately shared bathrooms and toilets were not. The price was a bit too high for the conditions we got. And breakfast was not included :(.

The receptionnist was over-crowded when I arrived the first night and bad organized. I spent a very bad arrival. No professionnal at all ! And they could smile more ! Showers were disgusting at the beginning. 2 computers were out of fonction.. Only 3 were ok. But good breakfast, quite quiet.

They charge 4 euros for sheets. But in the ad it says it is included in the price.
The toilet is smelly.
Also you only have Internet access when the main office is open.
