Would definately stay again - just need some more money to enjoy the whole area properly (I went there on a limited budget). Hostel is a great base for viewing some great English countryside.

Best feature was its location, the bus stop was just a few minutes\' walk thataway, and there were confectionery and convenient shops nearby. Bed was comfortable, water pressure and temp were fine. Only downside was that the Internet access was not free and very, very slow.

The owner is very friendly and helpful. The town is a good spot for some very scenic hikes. I liked the en-suite sink and nice comfortable beds.

I would definately recommend this hostel. The man who runs it was extremely nice and friendly, he always had a smile on his face - you could tell that he really enjoys his job and it shows. He keeps the hostel clean and tidy. The toilets, showers and kitchen etc were never dirty or untidy. Tea, coffee and breakfast food were all provided. My only recommendation to improve the stay at the hostel is to issue a bedroom key to each person staying in the room, instead of 1 per group.
