We loved our stay at Amigos. We arrived very early and Anny made us feel so welcome - we were able to use the house until our room was available which meant a coffee and a sleep in the hammock - great! 100% for cleanliness, comfort and value for money - THANKS!

Amigos is overall great, it had a nice kitchen which you could use to make your own meals if the idea of eating out again was too much. Also it was close enough to town for an easy walk but not too close so you could still have a relaxing quiet coffee on the verandah. My only problem was that in the mornings you could hear people having showers/making noise which would wake you up.

Lovely building and welcoming landlady. She even gave us a lift to the transit place when we left. Room was very nice and the guesthouse is close to all the main places. Only slight downside was the noise from traffic outside our room at night. Apart from that issue, a lovely stay.

Really really nice place. A little bit more expensive than a double bed in a hostel but the extra cost is worth it for the location, the cleanliness and Anny. Would definately recommend to anyone wanting a quiet break.

this is a beautiful chilled out house with loads of areas to relax inside and outside - and a wonderful kitchen. Anny, the owner, was friendly and made check in easy. My only slight quibble was that I felt like I got told off quite a lot (I'd rather finish drinking my coffee before having to wash the cafetiere etc.) which made it rather less relaxing.

Very nice place. We highly recommend this place. The woman that owns the place was very nice. She made you feel like it was your home as well.

Fantastic place to stay, very relaxed and in a great location just 5 minutes walk to town centre. Definitely to be recommended.

This is a wonderful place to stay. It's near the centre of town (about 5 minute walk) without being too near (the centre gets pretty crazy at night). And it's a wonderful relaxed place to stay with a great atmosphere.

If you're looking for a backpacking hostel, then this isn't the place for you. If, however, you're looking for somewhere fantastically clean, a helpful host who respects your space and a good location for a great price, you'll be hard-pressed to beat Amigos. Will definitely be going back - highly recommended.
