- “ This hostel double booked my bed. When I have paid for a bed I expect to receive a bed. However on my return to the hostel I found someone else was sleeping in my bed. I was offered a mattress on the floor however I turned this down as I do not fancy having people jumping out of the top bunk bed and walking on to my face and injuring me while I sleep. I had to wait until someone else checked out to receive a bed - at 6 in the morning! I asked for a refund and did not receive one. Disgrace. ”

- “ The rooms are incredibly small, hardly place to put your bags inside. no lockers, no lagguage room, when I was there an ipod was stolen from some guy that was in my room! showers are tiny and dirty! the only place to mingle with people is in the basement and it have an terrible atmosphere. Im really not a pickey guy, and i dont need a lot to be happy with where i am, but this was really awful! the only good thing is that its really cheap. ”

- “ DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOSTEL! Not only is it located in a boring, dark, and depressing area, but it literally manages to rob people of their money. The only reason I gave the staff an "average" rating is because one member of the staff was nice and gave us directions to bars & museums. When we first arrived, our plane had been delayed by a f little, and the guy working at the desk at this hostel told us that he had given up our room and still charged us for it! AGAIN, DO NOT STAY HERE. ”

- “ The shitiest hostel I've ever stayed in! The reception is supposed to be available 24h but when I arrived I had had to wait about 1.5 or 2 hours before the receptionist opened the door. I left my luggage in the "locker" which was simply a small room with no doorhandle and no locker. The pillow-case was not clean and they didn't give me a blanket cover until I twice asked them for it! And they charged me €3 extra saying that were taxes... ”

- “ бронировали твин,но таких нет,только на двоих 2-х этажные кровати, платить наличными +3 евро-не знаю за что,+10е залог,+по3е в сутки за хранение багажа в кладовке навалом,белье дали уже использованное (поменяли),завтрак-хлеб с вареньем-т.ч. может лучше отель? ”
