Great location, great staff, at least trilingual staff. A little loud at night if you want to sleep. But who sleeps if your on vacation?! Almost hotel like. Check it out.

Estuvimos dos noches en el Andes Hostel y lo disfrutemos bastante. Mi novio y yo, tuvimos una habitación doble, muy amplia, con bano privado.
Además el hostal tiene una terraza en el techo donde se puede relajar muy bien después de pasear por la ciudad todo el día. En total podemos recomendar el hostal sin restricción - sobre todo el sitio es genial!

For me, this is one of the two best hostels I've ever stayed in. It's hard to find anything wrong - the beds are excellent, breakfast is good, location is very good, atmosphere is relaxed but not boring (if you're looking for a party hostel, this isn't it), really good showers and whole hostel is clean, and staff is friendly and professional.

This hostel was the best hostel we've stayed during our vacation in South America. It was very clean, quiet and all the staff was very nice and friendly. They even serve the breakfast in the morning and will make you toasted sandwiches.
Would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone! It's on the great location, just across subway station and walking distance to everything...

We felt let down by this place. The ratings were very high and we found this to be over the top. The tourist info provided was wrong, no bar, roof terrace, or BBQ as advertised. The staff, although not unfriendly didnt seem to want to help. There was also no soap/toilet paper on our floor for the 4 days we were there. Also lots of building work going on which meant some bathrooms were closed.
