Incompetent staff, Dirty showers, Old and flat pillows, Dirty towels, Got ripped off at shuttle bus to desert park, only bread for breakfast, only good thing was it was price of accomodation was reasonable.

Crap. To summarise, the following were BROKE!: Half the washing machines, ALL phones, international phone, electric sockets in room, printer. NO lockers, luggage store open to anyone, kitchen facilities poor & bathroom in room was so disgusting. Oh and there was an ants nest in the bathroom too! Staff talked to you as though you were inconveniencing them. The only good thing was the free airport shuttle, which subsequently they fail to inform you isnt free for the return journey!
