This place is like staying at your grandparents again.. with little painting thingies on the wall and woolen blankets on the bed (Which I actually needed, even being in Ohrid half July) Antonio's place seems to be quit known around Ohrid, so if your lost ask around, especially with the other people that rent out rooms. Do stay here, Ohrid being a perfect holiday place already, staying here makes it 100% relaxt.

Great Place run by a wonderful family. While not in the old town, it is just minutes from it and probably much less in cost. Also, you get the feel of a real neighborhood and home in Macedonia. Very clean, quite and comfortable place to stay in. If you are looking for a party, this probably isn't the place. But if you are a looking for a quality and relaxing place to stay, this is it.

The family running this place are lovely... they were happy to leave us alone, but if we asked questions/for help, they were super helpful. They provided us with a map and talked through what was in town, told us when evening events were on, and then gave us contact details for a taxi driver in another town when we asked. Very nice.

Hostelworld let me and another group of people double book the same room. I did not get to stay here, but Antonio\\\'s was good enough to find a place for me around the corner in Antonio\\\'s neighbor\\\'s house.
ABSOLUTELY STAY HERE! The family was incredibly helpful and friendly in every way and they always went above and beyond what we had asked for. Everything was clean and comfortable. Antonio knew the area extremely well and gave us advice on everything from what to see to where to eat good food for a good price. We universally agreed that it was the best place any of us had ever stayed while traveling.

A great place to stay - well located, great twin room with balcony. Antonio met us en route from the bus station and was very helpful and well connected! Ohrid's beautiful and well worth the visit.

The only negative comments concern the closet in the guest room that did not really lock. Anyone could open it. Even though we were in a private room, we think all places should provide secure lockers for all guests. We have had experiences in private and semi-private rooms where "sticky fingered people" tampered with our locked luggage. The guest kitchen was a bit sparse. I had to rely on the lavatory sink for water. However, I did manage to do a little cooking. Other than those two comments, the guest house is a lovely place. It is very quiet and is in a good location. We found Antonio to be very helpful and his parents were delightful. We wish them the very best with their endeavor.
