A bit pricey, but cheap lodging in Vienna was hard to find, and for the extra money, this wasn't a bad bet. Clean, if small, double room; showers; located in an apt building, obviously. You will need to take public transport, but Vienna is big, anyway. Staff were very eager to help, but not meddling; I recommend it.

Great place. It's an appartmant, so you must be very quitet cus of neighbours between 9and7. Other than that it was great.

We missed staff. Nobody was there welcoming us, keys just hang over a door. Any staff wasn´t there in hostel, so you couldn´t ask if you had some troubles.

For the price, Apartment Alessa was a good choice. The room was clean and quiet and I felt safe leaving my things there. I would have improved on the mattress and the lighting in the hallway outside the hostel. In general, I was pleased with my stay.

This is a lovely place to stay. We stayed in the heart room, which was lovely. The room was spotless, very comfortable and the staff were helpful. I wish we could have stayed longer. The location is not the best, but it was perfect for what we needed. Thankyou very much.

Nice, uncomplicated, kind staff, not expensive. Having a kitchen and a fridge was very cool. We had a pleasant stay. Thanx

great value! the room was lovely and clean. kitchen and bathroom were small but functional... and the clean bedsheet and towels, hot water, toilet rolls in the toilet and a basin in the room... usually one can't get all these for this price. would definately recommend this place!

Took us about half an hour to realise how to get into the appartment because we arrived late. (Tip: The second you push the buzzer the door is unlocked). All in all was a lovely place to stay! Great having a mini-appartment to yourselves.

The room we stayed in looked very nice, with wood furniture, small and cosy. In 10-15 minutes by foot you are in one corner of the Ring. Not much interaction with other people, but this is not very important to us.
